A towable boom gives you more reach for less money than a scissor lift or a truck mounted platform, and any half-ton pickup will tow one. The self propelled machines earn their keep where you cannot get a trailer in and out.
All of them set up on self-levelling hydraulic outriggers, which takes about 30 seconds when all four go down together.
